Calling Agent

Minimum intermediate level education, preferably with a background in communication or customer service AHU Communications, a leading USA-based outbound call center located in Lahore, specializes in providing exceptional consumer services. We are currently seeking a dedicated Night Calling Agent with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities : - Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about products and services. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. - Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions. - Achieve targeted sales goals and contribute to team success. - Provide exceptional customer service and foster positive relationships with clients.
