Role Overview We are currently seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Calling Agents to join our team at the Lahore office. This is a full‑time, on‑site role, ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who excel in a target‑driven environment. The position offers a competitive salary plus commission based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients regarding immigration services

Handle inbound queries from clients in a courteous and professional manner

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow‑ups

Meet or exceed monthly calling and conversion targets

Represent the organisation with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

Intermediate Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu

Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles

Confident, results‑driven, and self‑motivated

Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage

Experience

3+ years of prior experience in a call centre or telemarketing environment is preferred

Up to PKR 95,000

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday

11 : 00 a.m. to 7 : 00 p.m.
