CRM Specialist

with expertise in

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

to manage, optimize, and enhance our customer relationship management system. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in streamlining sales, marketing, and customer service processes, ensuring smooth CRM operations, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities : CRM Administration :

Manage and configure

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM , including workflows, customizations, dashboards, and reporting. Process Optimization :

Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using CRM automation, integration, and customization. User Support & Training :

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for CRM users. Data Management :

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by implementing best practices in CRM data governance. Customization & Development :

Work with developers to enhance CRM functionality using

PowerApps, Power Automate, and custom scripts . Integration :

Integrate

Microsoft Dynamics 365

with other business applications such as ERP, marketing automation tools, and third-party APIs. Reporting & Analytics :

Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. Compliance & Security :

Ensure CRM configurations comply with data privacy and security regulations. Requirements : Education :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience :

2 years of hands-on experience with

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM . Soft Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
