Job Description : Job Overview :

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with excellent spoken English and a proven background in software sales. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base through lead finding, lead generation, and cold calling. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, be proactive in outreach efforts, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage potential clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and build a robust database of prospects.
  • Perform cold calls and initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients globally.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs and matching them to TryONNIX’s solutions.
  • Schedule appointments and set up product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track progress.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies.
  • Provide feedback and insights to refine lead generation processes and strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and software sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote environment.
  • Prior experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or SaaS industry is a plus.

  • Sales and Lead Generation Expertise :
  • Proven experience in generating leads through research, cold calling, and outreach.

  • Familiarity with sales funnels and qualifying potential clients effectively.
  • Communication Skills :
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

  • Strong listening skills to understand client needs and respond appropriately.
  • CRM and Tools Knowledge :
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead tracking and reporting.

  • Proficiency in using sales automation tools like Apollo.io or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Market Research Abilities :
  • Skills in identifying target audiences and market segments.

  • Ability to analyze data and trends to refine outreach strategies.
  • Cold Calling Proficiency :
  • Confidence in initiating conversations and building rapport over the phone.

  • Experience in overcoming objections and driving interest in services / products.
  • Software Sales Experience :
  • Prior experience in selling software or SaaS products.

  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical services.
  • Time Management and Organization :
  • Capability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple leads simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

  • Team Collaboration :
  • Ability to work with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and goals.

  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Problem-Solving Skills :
  • Creative thinking to find innovative approaches to lead generation.

  • Proactive in addressing client concerns or challenges during outreach.
  • Industry Knowledge (Preferred) :
  • Familiarity with beauty technology, AR / VR, or AI-driven SaaS solutions.
