Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting : Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the Chairman and other stakeholders.
• Risk Management : Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial security and compliance with legal regulations.
• Investment Decisions : Evaluate and manage investments, providing recommendations to enhance financial returns and growth.
• Cash Flow Management : Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations and growth.
• Cost Control : Implement effective cost management strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
• Internal Controls : Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
