A large food company manufacturing clean drinking water, cooked and raw food, bakery and sweets is looking for the following personnel to be based in Lahore.

Chief Operating Officer

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the establishment of our water plant and manage the ongoing operations and procedures based in Lahore. He will manage outlets across the country. Applicant must hold strong management skills and a minimum of 5 years of experience in setting up food networks.

The COO role is a key member of the senior management team. You’ll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced startup professional and efficient leader. If you also have excellent people skills, business acumen, and exemplary work ethics, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure development of all departments and prepare for launch.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all operation departments.
• Ensure the operations and monitoring system of the entire division and develop feasibilities.
• Ensure maximum profitability of the business.
• Expand portfolio by adding new business streams.
• Be a part of the management meetings and translate the intent of the Senior Management into strategy and procedures for his team.
