Knowledge of :
- Laws, regulations, and rules governing work requirements for SECP and FBR.
- Organizational development, human resources, and program operations.
- General office software, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite and other accounting software.
Ability to :
Review and analyze the accounting records including bookkeeping, financial statements, and other analyses of financial reports to check the accuracy and reliability.Be well aware of the taxation process including final returns and other tax requirements as per regulations.Develop, record, and analyze projected budgets and make a final report or presentation that compares projected and actual costs of the company and assesses overall performance at the end of the year.Create and assess financial statements and budget documents.Recognize and be responsive to the needs of all clients of the organization, including funding organizations, the Board of Directors, local community advocates, participants, and employers.Supervise staff, including regular progress reviews and plans for improvement.Proficient in professional English to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.Job Specification
