Job descriptionReview and analyze the accounting records including bookkeeping, financial statements, and other analyses of financial reports to check the accuracy and reliability. Be well aware of the taxation process including final returns and other tax requirements as per regulations. Develop, record, and analyze projected budgets and make a final report or presentation that compares projected and actual costs of the company and assesses overall performance at the end of the year. Create and assess financial statements and budget documents. Recognize and be responsive to the needs of all clients of the organization, including funding organizations, the Board of Directors, local community advocates, participants, and employers. Supervise staff, including regular progress reviews and plans for improvement. Proficient in professional English to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form. Basic Computer Skills ERP Knowledge Knowledge of Not-for-Profit Accounts Handling SECP and other Regulatory Bodies according to the Law of Pakistan
