The Regional Marketing Team is strategically located in key source markets to support our Global Recruitment Team (GRT) and our extensive agent network in achieving both regional and divisional targets.
The Marketing Operations Executive is a new role designed to focus on digital experience, data analysis, and data for marketing. The role supports the regional marketing team by monitoring regional digital campaign effectiveness (ROI), managing data, lists, and B2B communications through HubSpot, and supporting continuous improvement of our marketing operations.
Job specification
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Executive with experience in HubSpot marketing automation, digital campaign performance analysis & reporting, website roadmaps and experience design, and overall data‑driven marketing operations. The successful candidate will be detail‑oriented, analytical, and process‑driven, with a strong understanding of how data supports decision‑making across the customer journey. They will be comfortable managing data in HubSpot, tracking campaign performance across platforms, and producing actionable insights to guide optimisation.
