Job Summary

As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive at Creative Chaos, you will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Oversee social media strategy and content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube to build community engagement and brand visibility.
  • Manage and scale paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a focus on ROI and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to create campaign assets, landing pages, and performance-driven creatives.
  • Implement and monitor SEO and SEM strategies to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
  • Execute and optimize email marketing workflows for audience engagement, retention, and nurturing.
  • Track and analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Meta Business Suite, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Support event and partnership marketing initiatives through digital promotions and performance tracking.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to drive innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within tech, SaaS, or startup-focused environments.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Strong command of SEO, SEM, social media strategy, and performance analytics.
  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns for performance.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
  • Experience in ecosystem or community-based marketing will be an advantage.
  • Experience in B2B marketing is preferred.
