operational excellence. From setting up pilot programs to tracking shipments, maintaining client data, and compiling performance insights, our Client Operations team makes it all happen. We’re looking for a Client Operations Analyst

who thrives on organization, accuracy, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll be at the heart of our

AgeTech

initiatives, ensuring that every evaluation, pilot, and rollout is set up for success. What You’ll Own Client Evaluation & Reporting Track client program progress using backend data, including evaluations, pilots, and engagement metrics. Set up and configure client program portals, accounts, and test environments ahead of launches. Summarize performance insights to highlight trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare materials for internal meetings and client updates. Communicate with clients via email about shipment updates, schedules, and meeting coordination. Help organize calendars and ensure smooth collaboration across teams. Operations & Administration Prepare and organize shipping documents and waybills for both incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to ensure clear visibility for the team Maintain accurate client and deal data in CRMs such as Pipedrive and
