Responsibilities :

• Financial Planning & Analysis :
• Develop and implement robust financial strategies to support Kodifly’s growth and innovation goals.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to guide strategic decisions.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Financial Reporting :
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and financial reporting requirements.
• Cost Management :
• Oversee cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and implement effective strategies to achieve savings.
• Investment & Funding :
• Manage relationships with investors, ensuring transparent communication and reporting.
• Support fundraising activities, including preparation of financial projections and investment materials.
• Risk Management :
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the stability and security of Kodifly’s financial assets.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.
