Position Related
This role is responsible for carrying out Transformation Projects and driving finance processes improvements for different geographies and processes. This will also include vendor management and change management.

Your Typical day at work
Identify and implement process improvement initiativesAct as point of contact for TSS to support implementation of Finance Systems (primarily Oracle Fusion)Providing rigorous support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications for Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R) and Order to Cash (O2C) pertinent system issuesImplementing best practices for P2P, R2R and O2C related processesEnsuring smooth delivery of Changes and reducing Time to MarketProcess, driving process standardization across the GroupUnderstanding the needs of Internal and External stakeholdersCreating and maintaining positive business relationship with business stakeholdersLiaise with vendor’s consulting team and getting the best required outcomesImproving key performance metrics to enhance performanceManaging ad hoc projects and tasks as and when requiredNote : Above goals and job descriptions are indicative and subject to change.
Eligibility Criteria
Education :
Must be an ACCA or having a bachelor’s degree in finance or accountingExperience in Implementation of ERP Applications majorly Oracle and have at-least 2-3 end to end Implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud in any area including R2R, S2P and O2CAt least 5+ years’ consulting experience in ERP Implementation in a renowned organization - preferably Big4 firmsKnowledge of Business ProcessesBasic Understanding of applicable IFRSsOracle Fusion Cloud Certified is an added advantageFunctional Skills / Knowledge Areas
Good communication & interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written both)Ability to handle heavy workload effectively and efficientlyReady to accept challenges and meet stringent deadlinesProblem Solving and analytical abilitiesExperience of managing multiple stakeholders across multiple geographical locationsPotential Career Path
