Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rawalpindi for CSR / Verifiers / Sales Closers. The role involves handling both outbound and inbound calls to engage with customers, verifying information, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service and enhancing Customer Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• High level of commitment, discipline, and consistency
• Prior experience in sales or a call center environment is a plus
• Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems
• Flexible to work in shifts as needed
