KeyResponsibilities
- Identifyandqualifyrelevantjobs / leadsonUpworkdaily,maintainingahealthypipeline.
- Coordinatediscoverycalls,prepareagendas,capturerequirements,andfollowup.
- Collaboratewithdelivery / technicalteamsonsolutions,estimates,andmilestones.
- Trackproposalstatus,win / lossreasons,andKPIsinCRM / Upworkworkspace.
- Negotiatetermswithindefinedguardrailsandsupportcontractfinalization.
- Consistentlymeet / exceeddaily,weekly,andmonthlybidding / closuregoals.
RequiredQualifications
2+yearsprovenUpworkbiddingexperience(pleaseshareyourUpworkprofile).Bachelor’sdegreeinBusiness,Marketing,orrelatedfield.ExcellentwrittenandspokenEnglishclear,concise,andpersuasive.Demonstratedsuccessinhittingbiddingandclosuretargets.StrongunderstandingofUpworkalgorithms,visibility,andclientexpectations.Abilitytotranslateclientneedsintoscopes,deliverables,andtimelines.ProficiencyinCRM,spreadsheets,andprojectmanagementtools.NicetoHave
