IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

This position is required to tap and bring on board high profile corporate accounts. The job holder should have the ability to evaluate the customer requirement and should be able to propose most appropriate solution keeping in view the PTCL‑Ufone’s available products & services. This position holder will be responsible to retain and on‑board account and provide after sales services. This position will be supervised by Regional Manager Enterprise Sales.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Achieve GSM Sales Targets to promote Ufone products selling in corporate sector by actively approaching clients through B2B strategy & upselling products.
  • Achieve Product Based Sales and Revenue to promote products i.e. BSMS, M‑AD, PTCL Synergy Products, or any other products assigned by management.
  • Portfolio Management & Service Satisfaction – maintain excellent level of business relationships with CEOs / Decision makers of accounts. Ensure portfolio management by actively monitoring accounts revenue, new acquisitions, contract renewals, managing net adds, churn and revenue enhancement of portfolio.
  • Learning & Development – improve self by learning new skills, product sales, and overall self‑growth on a monthly basis. Additionally, should take initiatives to improve the department / company by improving processes / systems.
  • Enforcement of Company Policies & SOPs – employee will ensure that policies of PTCL Group are ensured with respect to SOPs, procedures, COI and other policies shared by line manager.
  • WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

    Qualification

  • Bachelors or Masters preferably in Business Administration
  • Experience :

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Technical Competency :

  • Cognizance of Business Laws
  • Business Acumen
  • GSM Technology Understanding
