Team Lead (PHP)

Oarans is hiring a PHP Team Lead. You should have more than 4 years of experience in the development area. You should be capable of leading the team effectively and getting the work done as per the client requirements in a timely manner. Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and maintain new PHP web applications, adhering to coding standards. Understand and apply SDLC principles when working with or leading a large development team. Understand the goals and strategy behind each project from beginning through completion. Experience with MySQL, designing complex queries for high-end databases. Excellent knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and jQuery. Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, and SQL. Solid concept of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Experience with major PHP frameworks (CodeIgniter, Zend). Strong CMS experience with commercial and open-source systems like Joomla, OpenCart, Drupal, WordPress, Zen Cart, etc. Experience in an Agile development environment, mainly SCRUM and Test Driven Development (TDD). You will be responsible for understanding requirements / design specifications / solutions and implementing them. Should be able to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills are required.
