Currently, easyAd-SD is looking for candidates for the following technical position : Team Lead (Senior PHP Developer)

(Location : Islamabad) Job Specification

Master / Bachelor's in Computer Science or similar level education in a relevant area Experience in team management and coaching other team members Minimum 5 years of solid experience developing advanced web applications using PHP programming language Should be able to conduct source code reviews and assure maintenance of defined source code standards Strong JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS experience Strong software design pattern concepts Excellent RDBMS knowledge and experience (PostgreSQL is preferred over MySQL) Very comfortable with any of CVS, SVN, or GIT Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of tasks, processes, and products Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills Following skills are considered a bonus : Experience with Agile Methodology as a software development process, particularly SCRUM / Kanban Familiarity with task and / or issue tracking tools (especially JIRA) Solid experience using PHP CMS technologies like WordPress and Drupal ActionScript 3.0 development experience Web Content Management experience Job Responsibilities

Act as a technical role model for the technical team Own the technical product roadmap Design and develop solid, distributed, high-performance frontend and backend systems Own the development of one or more service components, from specification through design, coding, debugging, and deployment Ensure applications and systems are fully compliant with requirements through appropriate unit and system / integration testing Ensure functional and technical design meets product and business requirements Maintain appropriate, accurate, up-to-date technical documentation for systems and logic Write complete Unit Tests for developed code Assist and support QAs with development and execution of test plans Manage software installation on our test and live Debian Linux system Participate in project code base management Participate in the scoping and sizing of requirements using Agile development methods If you think you are the right candidate and fulfill the above-stated requirements, please apply now.
