Online Bidder – Upwork

We're looking for a proactive Online Bidder to manage project bidding and client communications across platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer. You'll identify potential projects, create persuasive proposals using AI tools, and help secure new business opportunities for our IT services. 1–3 years of experience in online bidding, strong written communication, and a basic understanding of web and mobile technologies are key.

Responsibilities

Identify and bid on relevant projects daily across platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.

Utilize AI tools to write, customize, and optimize high-quality proposals efficiently.

Understand client requirements and draft clear, concise, and engaging responses.

Communicate with clients, answer queries, and coordinate meetings with technical leads when necessary.

Maintain a detailed bidding log, track submitted proposals, and follow up regularly.

Work across multiple freelancing platforms simultaneously while managing time effectively.

Stay updated on freelancing platform trends, algorithms, and best practices to improve win rates.

Preferred Skills

Proven experience (1–3 years) as an Online Bidder or in a similar role on freelancing platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Strong written English and communication skills.

Familiarity with AI writing tools and bidding automation platforms.

Basic understanding of IT services and technologies (e.g., .NET, React, Node.js, PHP, etc.).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

Experience winning small to medium-sized IT projects is a plus.

Knowledge of CRM or project management tools for tracking proposals and clients.
