We’re looking for passionate and results-driven Business Development Associates to join our team. If you have experience in Upwork sales and a strong understanding of web & mobile development services, this is your chance to grow with us! Open Positions : 2 Required Skills : ✅ Experience : 6 months – 1 year as a high-performing closer on Upwork & related platforms ✅ Strong understanding of CMS development (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, WebFlow) ✅ Basic knowledge of UI / UX design and design processes ✅ Familiarity with mobile app sales, custom software, and desktop applications is a plus ✅ Ability to support and collaborate with a Business Development team ✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills ✅ Good understanding of sales processes & sales projections ✅ Excellent communication & organizational skills Key Responsibilities : Assist in managing & supporting the Business Development team Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet targets Utilize Upwork & other sales channels to drive growth for our Web Design, Development, and UI / UX services Build and nurture strong client relationships with a strategic approach Understand web development concepts (WordPress, Wix, etc.) and effectively communicate them to clients Stay updated on mobile app trends & technologies to cater to client needs Meet and exceed sales targets through dedication and a results-driven approach Manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Location : Judicial Colony Phase 1, (Near Thokar & Expo Centre), Lahore Shift : 3rd Shift / Night Shift (8 : 00 PM – 5 : 00 AM) Job Type : Full-Time / Permanent (Onsite) Salary : Starting from 45K-55K PKR + performance-based incentives + uncapped commissions Why Join Us?
