Restaurant Manager

MARO Tandoors, Pakistan

Responsibilities :

Lead a team of waiters, kitchen staff, and delivery boys
Tend to all employee needs (hiring, firing, leave, fines, etc.)
Responsible for all inventory and the opening / closing of the branch
Provide excellent customer service
Remain calm and effective under crisis situations
Demonstrate strong leadership abilities

Qualifications :

Good at reading / writing English and Urdu

Management diploma or qualification in hospitality preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Word

Excellent at dealing with customers
