Responsibilities :

• Leading team of accounts, Store, purchase, Security at restaurant.
• Maintain high standards at the restaurant by ensuring quality production, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Ensure effective and efficient activities of production and consumption.
• Repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Manage and increase effectiveness and efficiency of business by supporting in areas of HR, IT, and other technicalities.
• Oversee all financial management activities at the restaurant as per policy. Utilize financial data to improve profitability.
• Payroll management by current head counts vs standard employment level as per policy.
• Play a significant role in planning, including initiatives geared toward operations excellence.
• Liaison with government-related departments.
• Improve operations systems and procedures in support of company objectives.
