We are looking for a
Patient Support Scheduler
to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth scheduling, patient coordination, and excellent support. Key Responsibilities : Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and rescheduling.
Handle incoming calls / messages related to appointment queries.
Maintain accurate patient records in the scheduling system.
Provide clear instructions and guidance to patients regarding appointments.
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and diagnostic staff to confirm availability.
Ensure a professional and supportive experience for all patients.
Requirements : Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Healthcare / Management / Administration).
Prior experience in healthcare scheduling, call center, or customer support is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare scheduling software is an advantage.
