Generate leads (inbound & outbound) & attract new clients for high-rise projects (most important) Conduct meetings, presentations & site visits with prospects Negotiate deals & close sales to meet monthly targets Maintain proper records of leads & follow-ups Maintain strong client relationships & provide after-sales support Stay updated on market trends & competitor activities Requirements

At least 1-3 years of Real Estate sales experience (High-rise projects experience preferred) A bachelor’s degree (16 years education preferred) Proven track record in sales Excellent communication and negotiation skills Possess knowledge of persuasion techniques, able to influence decisions, build trust, and convert prospects into long-term clients through effective communication Salary for aspiring sales pros : a starting salary of 35,000-45,000 PKR + commission. Salary for seasoned experts : a top-tier salary of 50,000-70,000 PKR + commission (performance-based from the first month to prove your skills).
