Team Lead (Node.Js)

The Software Development Team Lead will be part of an agile development team, building and working on enterprise-grade software systems on top of the Node.js development stack. The Software Development Team Lead will provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentorship. Job Specification

Responsibilities :

Leading a team of 5 to 8 developers. Collaborate with business analysts to define software requirements for programming effort. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective definition, design, and implementation. Work closely with developers to ensure scalability, availability, and security. Work closely with Test Engineering to create repeatable functional and performance tests. Hands-on coding. Requirements :

BS / MS in Computer Science or equivalent. 6-8 years of total experience in web technologies. 3 to 4 years of experience with modern full-stack development in Node.js backend applications. Some experience as a team lead. Hands-on experience with Node.js or other JavaScript frameworks, MongoDB, and RESTful web services. Experience with HTML5 / CSS5 / JavaScript (Angular JS). Demonstrable experience building complete systems without the need for extensive oversight and the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot. Ability to establish priorities and work independently on multiple tasks. Knowledge of software development methodologies and practices, especially Agile / iterative development processes.
