We have openings at our Islamabad office for Senior Technical Lead (Section Lead) to join our fast growing and fast-paced international organization. About the Role : Each Section builds and maintains software for up to four active projects. It is split into one Team per project. The Section is also responsible for multiple inactive projects, for which they must handle emergency requests and make sure languages and frameworks are kept up-to-date. As a Sr. Technical Lead (Section Lead), you will : Act as an escalation point for your Team Leads, to provide support on team leadership and technical guidance. Maintain a high-level technical understanding of each of the projects in your Section, to include the basic architecture and technologies used. Maintain a high-level delivery understanding of each of the projects in your Section, knowing about upcoming major technical and project milestones. Complete performance reviews for your Team Leads or mentees each quarter, and provide salary recommendations to your Engineering Manager for all of the engineers in your Section. Be a member of the Project Resourcing Group, contributing to proposals for your Section of new and existing projects. Be responsible for the adherence of each project to the standards set within the department by the CTO. Basic Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience 5+ years of overall software development experience 2+ years of experience directly leading a development team of 3+ people Development experience using at least one of our core back-end technologies :

• .NET Core, ASP.Net Core (C#), Java or Node.js. Development experience using at least one of our core front-end technologies : ReactJS or React Native. Expert knowledge in analyzing, designing, and developing solutions. Hands on experience with

CI / CD tools and implementations.
