We’re looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Manager to drive qualified pipeline through outbound email marketing, discovery meetings, and inside sales efforts . This is a quota-carrying role focused on generating new opportunities across our key service areas in Data & AI, Software Engineering, and Cloud Transformation .
Responsibilities
- Own and execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) with content support from marketing
- Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach and inbound follow-up
- Conduct discovery calls with potential customers to understand their needs and position our services effectively
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of opportunities, including tracking in CRM and reporting progress
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales team to convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities
- Work with leadership to refine ideal customer profiles and iterate outreach strategies
- Provide feedback to marketing on campaign effectiveness and market sentiment
- Meet monthly targets for meetings booked, pipeline generated, and closed opportunities
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or business development in a B2B consulting or IT services environmentProven success in selling to clients in North America and / or EuropeStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience with outbound email tools (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot) and CRM systemsCapable of running structured discovery conversations and identifying client pain pointsComfortable working remotely and independently while being part of a collaborative teamPreferred experience selling services in Data & AI, Cloud Engineering (Azure / AWS), or Enterprise SoftwarePreferred familiarity with modern prospecting techniques (cold outreach, account-based marketing, LinkedIn selling)Preferred exposure to consultative sales methodology (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC)Confiz boasts an innovative team of 700+ individuals working on enterprise projects & products, serving Fortune 100 retail and CPG companies, leading store chains, fintech, and Silicon Valley startups.
