Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, manage a team of sales representatives, and work towards achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining relationships with customers, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and providing regular sales reports to the management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management and Sales Strategy Development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and data for decision making
• Customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the publishing or educational material sector is a plus
