What you’ll be charged with day-to-day :

• Loading and unloading product shipments up to 30 lbs.
• Packing and processing product packaging for shipment.
• Work closely with manufacturers and assess merchandise for quality.
• Actively maintain stockroom organization; ensure merchandise in stock meets brand standards.
• Mastering our internal inventory management system.
• Diagnosing product fit issues and defects while expertly working with artisans and manufacturers.
• Develop and share expert product knowledge to help us produce world-class shoes.
• Communicating product feedback to offshore marketing and management teams.
• Work with the offshore team to process and manage inventory.
