We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sr.Business Development Executive - Upwork Bidder with 5+ years of proven experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and ensuring long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete bidding and sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and presentations to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Develop and manage sales pipelines effectively to meet and exceed targets.
- Utilize CRM tools to track performance, manage leads, and maintain client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Identify market opportunities, research industry trends, and develop business growth strategies.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deal closures.
Requirements
