Manager Development – Europe

The designated individual will hold the responsibility of spearheading fundraising and outreach through volunteers in new markets. Primarily focusing on Europe.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate and promote TCF culture and values with key stakeholders

Focus on the growth and development of his / her team & volunteers

Ability to manage HNI & organizational donors

Recruit, engage, retain and grow volunteer base in new / emerging markets to create awareness about TCF and raise funds

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing Volunteer / Donor Engagement Plans for new markets

Work in close coordination with the global development, Donor journey & services and Brands & Comm department

Identify, cultivate, solicit, and retain donors in close coordination with volunteers in their respective region.

Identify & develop champions / leaders in the volunteer community

Recruit and maintain one on one relationship with affluent volunteer connectors

Responsible for preparing and tracking MIS, monthly / annual fundraising targets.
