Sales Enablement Specialist | Remote (Productivity Architect)

At TalentPop App , we help high‑growth e‑commerce brands optimize every revenue funnel. We believe that a well‑equipped sales team drives sustained commercial success. We need a highly organized, results‑driven Sales Enablement Specialist to deliver content, training, and resources that boost team efficiency, accelerate deal closure, and ensure a high‑quality sales experience.

Key Responsibilities : Training, Content, and Performance

  • Training & Onboarding : Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs (new hire onboarding and ongoing education) covering product knowledge, competitor analysis, and sales best practices.
  • Content Management : Create, curate, and maintain a centralized library of sales collateral (presentations, case studies, battle cards, email templates) for easy access.
  • Process Optimization : Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement technology or training solutions to improve efficiency and reduce time from lead to close.
  • Metrics & Reporting : Track and analyze key sales enablement KPIs (content utilization, sales cycle length, win rates) to measure initiative impact and drive future strategy.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Act as liaison between Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure messaging consistency and provide talking points for new features and offerings.

Candidate Requirements

  • Mandatory Experience : 2+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Training.
  • Sales Proficiency : Comfortable with e‑commerce sales environment and B2B sales cycles.
  • Content Creation Skills : Strong ability to create engaging training materials across media (slides, video scripts, documents).
  • Tech Savvy : Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Sales Enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic, or internal LMS).
  • Work Environment : Highly motivated self‑starter thriving in remote, independent, high‑performance settings.
  • Technical Setup Requirements (Remote)

  • Dedicated personal computer or laptop (i5 processor or modern equivalent).
  • Stable, high‑speed internet (minimum 15 Mbps download and upload).
