Job descriptionIdentify and bid on relevant, high-value projects on Upwork. Write persuasive, custom proposals for each client. Initiate conversations, answer questions, and nurture leads. Schedule discovery calls and help close clients. Maintain daily activity reports and sales tracking. Develop strategies to increase win-rate and revenue. Proven experience as an Upwork bidder / sales closer (1+ year minimum). Strong understanding of digital services & agency workflows. Excellent communication skills (English fluency required). Ability to write personalized proposals that convert. Consistent availability and fast response times. Your responsibilities will include bidding on high-quality projects , communicating with potential clients, and closing deals ranging from $500 to $5,000+ .
