About the Role :
We are looking for a results-driven PPC & Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on expertise across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This is a strategic, high-impact role that requires deep campaign execution experience, audience insight, and a strong grasp of optimization mechanics across both platforms. You will be managing budgets, scaling campaigns, and driving lead generation across diverse industries and markets.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and optionally LinkedIn / Bing Ads.
Develop and implement data-driven performance strategies for B2C and B2B campaigns.
Build and refine audience segments using interest targeting, lookalikes, custom audiences, and exclusion layers.
Manage campaign scaling, budget pacing, and bidding strategies (manual, CBO, ABO).
Conduct A / B tests on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to improve CTR, ROAS, and lead quality.
Implement and manage tracking using GA4, GTM, UTM parameters, and Meta Ads Manager reporting tools.
Generate campaign reports with actionable insights to guide creative and budget direction.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and content teams to optimize landing pages and funnel performance.
Must-Have Skills :
3+ years of experience in managing performance campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Proven ability to work with Meta Ads Manager — including conversion, retargeting, and lead gen campaigns.
Deep understanding of Meta campaign performance optimization, including :
Audience segmentation (lookalike, interest-based, behavior targeting)
Budget optimization & campaign scaling
Meta-specific reporting and performance metrics
Strong expertise in Google Ads account structure, bidding strategies, quality score, and keyword research.
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
Strong reporting skills using Looker Studio, GA4, or similar tools.
Bonus (Preferred)
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads
Exposure to multi-channel budget allocation
Familiarity with Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns, Conversions API (CAPI), or Dynamic Ads in Meta
Experience working in SaaS, Real Estate, Health, or E-commerce verticals
