Customer Sales Representatives

Overview

We are hiring a Customer Sales Representative for our organization (Grow Pure Communications) Call Center. This role is for Rawalpindi and Islamabad candidates only. Minimum Matric / Intermediate (Higher education preferred). Basic Salary (25000 to 55000) + incentives. Weekly bonuses. Ramazan timings (8.00pm to 3.00am). After Ramzan (6pm to 4am). Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner Data entry in various platforms Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and / or alternatives Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets Note : A candidates with 2+ years of call center experience will be preferred.
