Job Description :

We are looking for a results-driven and motivated Sales Representative (Cold Calling) to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients via outbound cold calls, promoting our B2B software solutions and services, and identifying new sales opportunities. You’ll play a key role in driving our business growth, providing product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential business clients.

Clearly present and promote our products and services to prospective customers.

Deliver engaging product demonstrations to showcase value and key features.

Identify prospects' needs and tailor product solutions accordingly.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.

Requirements

Proven experience in cold calling, client onboarding, or sales roles (B2B preferred).

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, clear manner.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
