The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire function of human resources including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisals, compensation and benefits, etc. The incumbent will also be required to evaluate, develop, and implement HR policies.
Develops and administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company employees.
Plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the department.
Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
Conducts recruitment efforts for all employees; monitors new-employee orientations; monitors training and development programs, employee relations counseling, and creates and implements HR policies.
Proven ability and understanding of HR Law, HR policies, and procedures.
