Job description

Responsibilities

  • Looking after Recruitment & Selection process specifically for IT Professionals
  • Conducting Orientation program for new employees
  • Getting continuous feedback on employee performance through team leads / managers on regular basis and conducting Performance Review Sessions
  • Looking after employee payroll, compensation and benefits
  • Coordinating with teams as liaison for different projects
  • Handling employee grievances
  • Formulating HR policies and strategies while closely working with the Management
  • Maintaining employee files and documents

Job Specification

  • A degree in HR or Business Administration
  • Sound knowledge of HRM and HR best practices
  • Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and people management skills
  • Positive attitude and good learning abilities
  • Motivated and ambitious to make a career in Human Resources
  • Good MS Office and basic computing skills. Spreadsheet and data analysis skills would be a plus
