Structure Engineer

Location : Gulberg Expressway, Block B, Gulberg Greens, Islamabad Perform structural analysis and design for mid-rise and high-rise residential and commercial buildings. Use ETABS and SAFE software for modeling and analysis of structures. Conduct detailed structural design and ensure drafting in compliance with building codes and industry standards. Interpret and apply relevant building codes and standards, including UBC-97, ASCE 7 and ACI-314, ACI-318 in the design process. Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, architects, and clients to ensure the effective implementation of designs. Review and prepare technical documentation, including reports, calculations, and drawings. Prepare and review technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit Prepare and review ETABS, SAP & SAFE Models. Lead structural design and analysis of high-rise elements including core walls, slabs, foundations and lateral systems Ensure structural integrity, stability, and safety throughout all phases of the project Collaborate closely with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and project managers to coordinate structural solutions Perform and review detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and structural simulations Prepare and review construction drawings, shop drawings, and structural documentation Conduct on-site inspections, resolve structural issues, and ensure compliance with building codes and QA / QC standards Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and structural standards Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers Required skills :

Expertise in ETABS. Expertise in SAFE. Expertise in SAP. Expertise in MS Excel. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for structural and architectural coordination Ability to develop structural drawings. Familiarity of Design Codes : Universal Building Code (UBC-97). Building Code of Pakistan & CDA By Laws. American Concrete Institute (ACI-318). ASCE-7. Post Tension Institute (PTI) Manual. Educational Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree (BE) in Civil Engineering (mandatory) Master’s in Structure Engineering (preferred) Experience Requirements :

5–7 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably on high-rise or multi-storey projects Office Location :

Working Days : Monday to Saturday
