Software QA Manager - Automation

As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for the overall quality of the dubizzle.com web and backend platforms. Your aim will be to maintain and improve the quality of the existing features on the platform as well as new features being released. You will work with engineering and product teams as well as a team of automation and manual QA engineers to achieve our organisation’s quality goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of the platform, including functional and non-functional aspects
• Develop and track QA metrics measuring the overall quality of the platform at any given time
• Define and update quality standards in collaboration with the engineering teams
• Drive adoption of QA best practices across development teams
• Define the Automation and Manual QA strategy and roadmaps
