Key Responsibilities Plan BESS product roadmaps for German-speaking markets; coordinate resources to deliver product demand documents. Collaborate with marketing for client technical communications, providing tailored BESS solutions. Draft technical docs (manuals, specs) and lead tender compilation, ensuring compliance with local standards (DIN, VDE). Train sales teams on BESS technical value to empower client communications. Formulate project technical agreements and review contracts / plans to mitigate risks. Represent the company at exhibitions (e.g., Intersolar Europe) in German-speaking regions to promote BESS products. Requirements Bachelor’s / Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field. Fluent German (C1 / C2, written / spoken) + business English. Knowledge of BESS tech (lithium-ion, PCS, EMS) and local standards (DIN, VDE, EEG). Strong technical documentation, tender management, and cross-team collaboration skills.
