3+ years of measurable lift in conversion rates for e‑commerce or D2C brands. Strategic problem‑solver who blends sharp data, persuasive copy, and seamless UX. Strong data storytelling and deep understanding of user psychology. Responsibilities

Own the on‑site conversion strategy and roadmap, working with cross‑functional teams to align on priorities and timelines. Design, test, and scale A / B experiments that achieve significant revenue uplifts. Deliver a validated A / B test winner in the first 3 months that achieves at least

30% revenue per visitor uplift

with a statistically significant result at 95% confidence. Show sustained performance over a minimum 14‑day test period with ≥10,000 visitors. Complete a full CRO audit identifying 10+ high‑impact test opportunities with data‑backed revenue uplift estimates. Success Metrics
