Riphah International University is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivables Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, including invoice processing, payment collections, and reconciliation activities. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, this role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of the organization. The Accounts Receivables Executive does not manage a team but plays a vital part in supporting the overall finance function. A background in the real estate industry is preferred, and suitable candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, along with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Strong skills in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices.
- Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Oversee the credit control process, monitoring customer accounts and assessing their creditworthiness.
- Coordinate and execute payment collection processes, following up with clients to secure prompt payment.
- Prepare and analyze aged receivable reports to identify overdue accounts and implement effective collection strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions and communications with customers regarding their accounts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivables as required by senior management.
- Utilize SAP and ERP systems for data entry, reporting, and managing customer account information effectively.
- Assist with modifying accounting policies and procedures to improve processes related to accounts receivable.
- Participate in periodic audits of accounts receivable-related processes to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
