Overview
Own the daily dispatch cycle — from carrier assignments to tracking and delivery follow-ups. Manage and schedule containers on Amazon Carrier Central. Keep container deliveries on schedule by tackling delays head-on and booking appointments through Amazon Portals. Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing timely updates and solutions that inspire confidence.
Maintain complete and accurate shipment records — from Rate Con, DO, BL, Gate tickets and PODs, or other applicable paperwork. Timely closing of jobs on company softwares with Truckers and Customers invoices. Keep company portals and Sheets updated with load statuses, records, and logs. Provide timely updates to house customers and maintain clear communication with the Overseas team.
Partner with Finance to ensure timely onboarding and timely payments of carriers. Optimize operational efficacy through timely responses to new inquiries. Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or service issues professionally. Update the monthly / fortnight records of completed vs incomplete loads on the company portal. Get acclimated with transportation management systems (TMS) and other software to track and manage load schedules.
Job Specification
Exceptional command of spoken and written English .
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets .
Persuasive skills with the ability to lead, and take ownership of a team. Can attend and deliver training and build successors.
Skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
Resilient under pressure, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
6–12 months of proven experience in a similar role required.
