Key Responsibilities :   Strategic Campaign Development : Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and the Senior Marketing Manager to design and implement innovative acquisition strategies tailored for diverse international markets.

This includes identifying target audiences, setting clear objectives, and selecting appropriate digital channels to maximize user acquisition and engagement.

Budget Management and Optimization : Oversee substantial advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across various platforms to achieve optimal return on investment (ROI).

Regularly monitor expenditures and adjust strategies to maintain cost-effectiveness.

Multi-Channel Digital Advertising : Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and programmatic networks.

Ensure each campaign aligns with the brand's objectives and resonates with the target audience.

Third-Party Partnerships : Establish and nurture relationships with third-party growth channels, affiliate networks, and publishers to expand reach and drive conversions.

Negotiate terms and monitor partner performance to ensure alignment with growth goals.

Analytics and Reporting : Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Google Analytics, and other digital reporting platforms to develop detailed performance reports.

Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) Management : Implement and manage MMPs like Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Branch to track user behavior, attribute conversions accurately, and refine marketing strategies based on comprehensive data analysis.

Market Research and Trend Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.

Apply these insights to enhance current strategies and identify new growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with creative, product, and technology teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Qualifications :   Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Professional Experience : Minimum of 6 years in digital marketing roles focused on mobile app growth, preferably within the fintech sector.

Demonstrated success in managing large-scale campaigns across multiple international markets.

Technical Proficiency : Expertise in digital advertising platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic networks.

Proficient in using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting.

Analytical Skills : Strong ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize marketing efforts.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for articulating strategies and results to diverse stakeholders.
