We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex, high-impact projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of large-scale projects across multiple departments.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for seamless project execution.

Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor progress.

Prepare and present regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Mentor and support junior project managers and cross-functional teams.

Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior-level role.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously.

Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, JIRA, Trello).

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in [specific industry : IT, construction, healthcare, finance, etc.].

Agile / Scrum certification and experience in Agile environments.

Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
