Assistant Manager - Marketing

to join our dynamic team and establish our Marketing Department at an exceptional level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the firm's visibility, attract new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the management team to drive marketing initiatives and contribute to the firm's growth objectives. The ideal candidate should possess experience in a

service-based industry, preferably fintech, audit and assurance, or IT.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with the firm's objectives.

Plan, execute, and lead marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.

Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and perform competitive analysis.

Prepare reports and presentations based on market research findings.

Create engaging content for social media, website, emails, and marketing materials.

Manage the firm's social media presence and engage with the audience to build brand awareness.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.

Implement SEO and SEM strategies to enhance website traffic and online visibility, monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools.

Manage promotional events, trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events within budget.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to expand the firm's network.
