About the job :
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years in Branch Automation to join our rapidly growing team across regions. We are looking for someone with implementation stories to tell and ready to apply best practices for our customers.
What you will be doing :
- Conduct requirements analysis sessions on branch delivery services with clients and document requirements.
- Perform gap-fit analysis of VeriPark’s products against client expectations and prepare findings.
- Provide advisory and consulting support to FSIs, ensuring business alignment across units and customer segments.
- Support initiatives for digitally enhanced outlets, customer acquisition, cross-sell, retention, paperless journeys, and compliance with local regulations.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients, including RFP responses and demo scripts.
- Develop and review functional specifications for new functionalities.
- Collaborate with product, pre-sales, and technical teams to analyze and develop specifications in line with client requirements.
- Guide and review product mock-ups, prototypes, and data sheets.
- Guide and review marketing materials.
- Work closely with project managers and technical leads during the project lifecycle, following methodologies like Waterfall or Agile.
- Review and recommend test cases, support test execution, and participate in UAT including user training.
- Review product before release to ensure quality and alignment with requirements.
- Act as a mentor to team members and help develop future leaders through knowledge and experience sharing.
- Manage time effectively while working across multiple projects.
What we are looking for :
5+ years of relevant experience in Banking and / or in FSI Service industry. Branch Staff membership and / or Operational Excellence is preferred.Bachelor’s degree is requiredStrong understanding of the FSI industry, e-services, and customer base.Working knowledge of FSI products and exposure to branch, call centers, and interactive teller channels.Solid experience analyzing banking solutions with leading core systems (e.g., Finacle, Flexcube, Temenos).Hands-on experience with cash and inventory management, cheque clearing, and investment management solutions.In-depth knowledge of daily end-to-end branch operations.Minimum relevant experience in a bank or fintech company.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages a plus).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Strategic mindset with forward planning capability.Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.Change-oriented, adaptable, and able to inspire commitment to new ideas.What we are offering :
