What You’ll Do : Analyze user journeys, activation funnels, retention cohorts, and conversion metrics to support product and growth decisions.
Work closely with marketing to measure and optimize paid ad performance (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
Collaborate with product teams to oversee and track event testing and integration.
Manage and optimize tracking implementations through Google Tag Manager (GTM) .
Design and evaluate A / B tests across product and marketing experiments.
Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Looker Studio and Metabase.
Identify data gaps and ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting systems.
Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for product and growth teams.
What We’re Looking For : 5+ years experience in a data analyst, growth analyst, or product analytics role.
Proficient with SQL and BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Experience with GA4, Mixpanel, or other product analytics tools.
Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event tracking and analytics integrations.
Strong understanding of growth metrics : CAC, LTV, activation, retention, funnels, etc.
Experience working with paid ads platforms (Meta, Google Ads) and marketing attribution.
Comfortable with A / B testing and statistical significance interpretation.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and curious - with a knack for finding signals in noise.
Nice to Have : Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
Experience with product-led growth or SaaS environments.
Prior exposure to CRM or marketing automation tools.
