We are looking for a highly motivated
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential leads. You will collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive pipeline growth and schedule product demonstrations with prospective clients. Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule discovery / demo meetings for the sales team. Research target accounts to understand customer needs, industry trends, and decision‑makers. Maintain and update CRM records to track interactions and progress. Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns. Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert prospects into qualified sales opportunities. Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, lead qualification, and meeting bookings. Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights and objections. Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 1–2 years
of experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferably in B2B tech / SaaS). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and eager to learn fast. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience working in the
Software / SaaS / IT
industry. Lead generation experience from international markets (US / UK / EU). Understanding of basic sales methodologies (SPIN, BANT, MEDDIC). Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools. Seniority Level
