We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing documents, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth order processing. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with Sales Team regarding Sales Orders, deliveries, and product inquiries.
- Follow up with customers for payments and documentation.
- Maintain sales reports, records, and customer databases.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and accounts departments.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and scheduling for the sales team.
Requirements
